Establishing Ruma was a natural progression for Kairu, seeing a need to create a boutique agency to service property management and leasing in Melbourne’s CBD. Having lived in the area for over seventeen years, Kairu has an intimate knowledge of the city, apartment living, and Owner’s Corporation matters. Kairu brings a legal background and multilingual skillset to the Ruma team, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.
